Our conference is an annual event for individuals associated with for-profit and non-profit businesses with a shared goal of building and facilitating a robust affordable housing market in Louisiana.

This year’s conference theme, “Recipes for Success with LAAHP,” highlights the essential ingredients driving progress in affordable housing. Attendees will explore practical applications of AI in financial analysis and deal structuring, gain valuable insight into 9% LIHTC award trends, stay informed on key environmental and regulatory updates, and hear directly from industry leaders during our signature Debt & Equity panel. Together, these sessions form a powerful formula for strengthening development strategies and building resilient communities across Louisiana.
