Membership Development is responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand the membership base, fostering relationships with potential members, and coordinating a wide range of benefits and services to ensure members have a rewarding and engaging experience.
The Conference Committee helps in the planning and organization of the Annual LAAHP Conference, which involves selecting and coordinating speakers, identifying and inviting panel members, and managing the detailed scheduling of events and sessions to ensure a smooth and successful program.
The QAP/Policy Committee analyzes a wide range of affordable housing policies, including the Qualified Allocation Plan, and provides recommendations and insights to the Board of Directors to guide decision-making and ensure the organization's strategies align with current housing needs and regulatory requirements.
